1. What this website is

This is a wholesale showroom. It presents the collection, the way we work and the means of reaching us. It is not a shop: there is no basket, no checkout, no consumer price and no way to buy anything on these pages.

It is addressed to businesses — boutiques, retailers, wholesalers and their buyers — acting within their commercial activity. It is not addressed to consumers, and no consumer sale is concluded through it. Consumer-protection legislation on distance contracts therefore does not apply to anything that happens here, because no contract is concluded here at all.

2. Prices, offers and orders

Nothing shown on this website is an offer in the legal sense. A price request is an invitation to us to quote, and it binds neither side.

A price becomes binding only in a written quotation we send you, for the quantities, colours, sizes and delivery terms stated in it, and only for as long as that quotation says it is valid. An order exists once we have confirmed it in writing. Quantities shown as available may be sold in the meantime, and stock is confirmed with the quotation, not before.

3. Product information

We describe every style as accurately as we can: fabric, lining, length, size run and colour. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and shown on screens we do not control, so a colour on your screen is a good indication and not a guarantee of the shade you will receive. Where an exact shade matters, ask us for a sample before ordering.

These are garments cut and sewn in our own workshop. Small variations in measurement, in the placement of a pattern and in the shade of a dye lot are inherent to that and are not defects. Fabrics, trims and size runs may change between seasons and between production runs.

4. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, texts, style codes, layout, logo and name on this website belong to us or are used by us with permission. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and industrial design law.

You may look at the site, and you may keep or print pages for your own internal purchasing purposes. You may not copy, republish, resell or make available our photographs or designs, use them to source a copy of a garment from another manufacturer, or present them as your own or another company's work. Buyers who order from us are welcome to use our photographs to sell the styles they bought; that permission ends when the commercial relationship does, and does not extend to styles never purchased.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain access to any part of this site that is not published, to disrupt or overload it, to circumvent its security measures, or to collect its content by automated means — scraping, crawling for reuse or bulk downloading of images.

Please do not use the price request or any contact channel to send unsolicited advertising, false information or anything unlawful. Requests are rate-limited, and we may refuse or block use that falls foul of this section.

6. Availability

This website is provided as it stands. We work to keep it accurate, current and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a style shown today will be in production tomorrow.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any style, at any time and without notice. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Turkish law.

7. Links to other services

Some links lead away from this site — to WhatsApp, to social media, or to a shipping partner. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or do.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and, for processing subject to Turkish law, in our KVKK Information Notice. What is stored in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy. All three are linked in the footer of every page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this website, are governed by Turkish law.

The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, Türkiye have jurisdiction. Where a mandatory rule of your own country gives you a different forum that cannot be contracted away, that rule is not affected by this section.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it was last changed.
